At Greenside Residents Association (GRA), our mission is to actively engage in all public participation processes as described in the Municipal Systems Act, the Municipal Finance Management Act, and any other processes directly affecting local government. Our main objectives include:

Improving and consistently delivering a high level of service to the Greenside community. Holding public representatives accountable and advocating for transparency. Building a cleaner, safer, and more affordable Greenside. Promoting communication with municipal officials and neighboring communities to address common issues. Fostering a sense of community and civic responsibility.

Membership

GRA is a voluntary association, and your membership supports our mission and objectives. Membership levels and benefits may vary, and members must agree to contribute regularly to support our activities. Greenside Community relies on the dedication of its members to make a positive impact.

Code of Conduct

As a member of Greenside Residents Association (GRA, you agree to uphold our values and principles, including respect for fellow members, transparency, and accountability. We encourage active participation and constructive feedback.

Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of Greenside Community and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. By becoming a member or donating, you will be added to our mailing list, and you can unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Termination of Membership

Greenside Residents Association (GRA) reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for individuals who violate our code of conduct or engage in activities detrimental to our mission and objectives. However, as a non-profit organization, we encourage open dialogue and problem-solving to address any concerns. Membership can be cancelled at any time, visit the My Membership page to view and cancel your membership. 

Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in our activities or to better align with our mission. Members will be notified of any changes, and their continued engagement implies acceptance of the revised terms.
