- Learn about
- the work of our subcommittees and our efforts to protect and improve the suburb
- how to understand and if necessary, object to, your proposed property valuation for 2023
- how to comply with heritage requirements when renovating your Greenside home
- possibilities regarding affiliation with other RAs and community organisations through the CAN network to assist with managing and optimizing the relationship of the suburb with COJ service providers
- Options for security spending
- feedback from the Ward Councillor Bridget Steer and security providers including the Parkview CPF and EGCAP
- Find out about our ongoing special projects including The Green Crew, Community in Blue (CPF patrollers), and new initiatives we would like to launch including the Green Shoots (Block Improvement) Project, Tree Protection project, Street Name painting and Spring Sidewalk competition.

- Elect the GRA committee
- Are you interested in standing for the GRA Committee? We need people with some energy and commitment, in particular we need more people to assist with our communications, finances, legal minds, town planning and urban design issues, business liaison. Please contact us on info@gra.org.za to let us know if you would like to stand for the committee
- We urge you to pay your GRA annual subscription of R500 per household as soon as possible. We will also be taking payments at the AGM. Please note that only paid up members of the GRA can stand for the Committee and vote on various issues.
