Petition regarding negative impacts of illegal business activities in the Greenside “business node”

Please find attached a copy of the summary of the results and comments generated by an online petition, signed by 470 residents of Greenside in August 2022, regarding the negative impacts on the suburb of illegal business activities and violations of liquor licences and land-use/ building control laws by some venues operating on Gleneagles Rd and Greenway (in the ‘business node’). This is a plea to local and provincial authorities to address these issues.
This was submitted to SAPS Parkview, JMPD Region B and the Ward councillor
